The EAIS system also offers 236 files from the collection “Vilniaus mokslo bičiulių draugija” including photographs by Jan Bułhak capturing moments of archaeological excavations in the Royal Crypt and the remains of rulers.

The updated Excel file has been supplemented with new informational fields, including the chronological coverage of the files and the languages of the documents. Direct links have also been created, allowing users to access specific files in EAIS instantly. The list can be easily filtered and searched by personal names, place names, or other keywords.

Digitization work is being carried out systematically in accordance with the digitization plan announced on October 15, 2025.
