Procedure for servicing individuals

1. The function of the “one-stop shop” service unit at the Lithuanian State Historical Archives (Mindaugo g. 8, Vilnius) is performed by the General Affairs Unit and its specialists Mr Algimantas Vaineikis and Mrs Jolita Jegorovienė.

2. The addresses of the Lithuanian State Historical Archives for individual queries are as follows:

2.4 Telephone numbers: +370 521 37482 and +370 521 95320 (also applicable when querying in English).

3. Service hours for individual queries by telephone:

3.1 Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: from 8 a.m. to 5 pm.

3.2 Tuesday: from 8 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.

3.3 Friday – from 8 a.m. to 3.45 p.m.

3.4 On the eve of holidays, service hours are shorter by one hour.

4. In the Lithuanian State Historical Archives, individual queries can also be addressed live (in person) in Room No. 110 during the following times:

4.1 Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: from 8 a.m. to 5 pm.

4.2 Tuesday: from 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.

4.3 Friday – from 8 a.m. to 3.45 p.m.

4.4 On the eve of holidays, service hours are shorter by one hour.
